AG03 NPE parked outside McHugh's, with a power cable run from the coach into the upper window of the bar.
Presumably associated with the "Bangkok Lady Boys" who were displaying themselves in CustomHouse Square at the time.
According to the owners' Flash-laden website, this is Bus 22 ( technically it is geared as a coach ) with up to 14 sleeper berths. Built by Ayats, a Spanish manufacturer of integrated chassis and body coaches. This model looks very similar to the Ayats Bravo fleet operated by Translink, which have a propensity for bursting into fire on the M2.
